Live Production Design for the Athletes in Action Grand Opening
Athletes in Action, a global sports ministry based in Xenia, Ohio, set out to celebrate the opening of their new 250-acre athletic complex with an event that matched the scale of their mission. To make it happen, they partnered with Ambient to design and deliver a full-scale live production experience for the ceremony in June 2024.
Our team designed and installed every audio, video, and lighting element for the event, transforming the new gymnasium into a powerful, immersive environment. We also implemented a broadcast video system to capture and record the entire program for future use.
Well before the ceremony, we provided digital renderings so the AIA board could visualize the event design and collaborate on every detail. When the day arrived, those plans became reality. The event ran seamlessly from start to finish, and the AIA team couldn’t have been happier with the results.
