Integrated AV Design for a Smarter, More Collaborative Workspace

Gosiger wanted to modernize their conference and training rooms to better connect teams across locations and support remote learning. The goal was to make video conferencing effortless while ensuring exceptional audio and visual quality for both in-person and virtual participants.

Ambient designed and integrated a complete Q-SYS system fully connected to Microsoft Teams. The new setup includes microphones, speakers, cameras, and screens that work together to provide clear communication in every direction. The system also streams audio into the adjacent workspace and warehouse, keeping everyone in sync during training sessions.

Features such as Barco ClickShare for wireless presentations, Bluetooth audio support, and AI-powered Sennheiser TeamConnect microphones make collaboration intuitive and consistent. Shure Microflex wireless handhelds and a ceiling-mounted projector complete the space, providing flexibility for every kind of meeting or training event.
